Kathy Carter is a published book author and has extensive experience in a senior role at a leading London magazine publisher. She has also been writing freelance magazine and newspaper articles for many years, with frequent commissions from the UK’s top consumer titles, and a regular slot in an international travel magazine. She has written for leading print and online publications, including the UK's Scotland on Sunday, and the Daily Express, Telegraph and Times.

Equestrian Journalism

Kathy Carter is a well-respected equestrian journalist, member of the British Equestrian Writers Association, and former deputy editor of IPC’s HORSE magazine. She has written for the majority of the UK’s equestrian press, both trade and consumer, and has a horsey contacts book bursting at the seams. Whether interviewing Olympic stars, writing technical articles about nutrition and sports science, or organising and styling fashion shoots, Kathy has a wide range of equestrian publishing experience; she is also a regular contributor to the industry's top three titles, Horse International, British Horse and Horse and Hound.
